Provision of heat supply in the neighborhood shops with the help of induction boilers SAV

Notwithstanding the today popularity of shopping centers and supermarkets, which enable to make individual wholesale purchasers of food and household products, there is still high necessity in small neighborhood shops. The main goal is to choose an ideal place for allocation of such shops (far from shopping centers in places of high concentration of potential purchasers – for example in bedroom suburbs and to provide the sale of the range of commodities in-demand (essential commodities).

Notwithstanding the today popularity of shopping centers and supermarkets, which enable to make individual wholesale purchasers of food and household products, there is still high necessity in small neighborhood shops. The main goal is to choose an ideal place for allocation of such shops (far from shopping centers in places of high concentration of potential purchasers – for example in bedroom suburbs and to provide the sale of the range of commodities in-demand (essential commodities). Nevertheless these are not all the main questions for such shops: regardless of the sales area of the shop, when selling certain types of goods they should abide by the set sanitary rules, requirements of the GOSTs, the fire inspection and, of course, correspond to the high level of comfort and service. The sanitary rules N2.3.6.1066-01 of 07.09.2001 set by the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of RF determine strict parameters for food sale organization, under which there should be provided temperature and humidity regimes of food storage. The majority of perishable goods require to be stored at the temperature not higher than +60C. The inside temperature of the camera for raw meat products should be +20C and the humidity - 85%, for dairy products - +40C and 85%, for vegetables and fruits - +40C and 90%. Warehouses for dry products should be heated during winter period up to +150-170C maintaining the humidity not higher than 65%. Bread and bakery goods should not only be stored in premises of high cleanliness and offloaded according to the definite conditions, but should be stored in light and dry premises (up to 70% humidity) at the temperature not less than +170C.


All this makes the owner of the shop not only to arrange a heating system, but also to provide the possibility of effective control, distribution and automated maintenance of the set temperature and humidity parameters in the room.


Induction boilers SAV can be used both as autonomous sources of heat supply when central heating systems are not available, and as supporting elements of central systems (as a bivalent element, for additional heating of the heat carrier, unable to bring the room temperature to the required level - current problems of outdated central heating systems).
